Copying Chinese gigantomania, where railway stations are excessively large, and it takes you a long time to walk from one end to the other? (Same for lack of toilets, luggage trolleys, sign boards, etc.)

They didn't do it. Someone with a brain had a look at the project decided to take down the NSW flag, and use the other flag.
