A core facet of the CCP plan for global domination, which they transparently admit to. It has been underway for decades and is very successful to date. They currently outnumber the Chinese in global population yet distributed more evenly across the world than the Chinese will be for years to come. Naturally the CCP understands this and takes strenuous measures to contain them in their own country. 1 1
