I heard it only applies to people who are physically inside the US at the time of the transfer and has been criticised by many due to this being a huge gaping loophole.
Oh and by the way, they said I could not add my additional services to the existing account.
Is this just a way for them to add provisions? Or is True not homogenised enough to work together in central and northern Thailand?
