You are using an agent.

Did you provide 800k in Thai bank or the agent doing the whole process?

I have all qualify documents and the over 800000 baht in my bank over 3 month. I can get the noon-o it is no problem. and I can do by myself.I will change the tourist visa to noon-0 on 25 Jan 2023. but I will back to my home country on 12 Feb. 2023.  and back to Thailand on 18 Mar. 2023  and back to My home country on 7 Apr.

I know . after got the noon-o. I can apply re-entry for my 18 Mar. 2023 back to Thailand.

I find from the internet. Normally  I got the NOON-O on 25 Jan. and go home country and 18 Mar. 2023 to extension  my one years retirement. It is look like the correct.

But Agent told me the price one day got the noon-o and extension one year  is over 44000 baht. Agent can do it the same day.

Of course I will do by myself.

I just doubt it . The normal and correct After change visa to NOON-O. How many day after I can go to extension of the one year retirement?

If agent can do. why I can not do?

If I change my tourist visa to noon-o on 25 Jan. then 10 Feb. I go to extension my one year retirement. Is it can work ? I have the 800000 keep in bank over 1 year. qualify the extension.

Anyone can answer the question?

At most offices you can apply for a extension up to 30 days early and up to 45 days at others.

I think tourist visa change to noon-o the extension for one years retirement and have the retirement visa already then  do the every extention for one yers is different.

Yes. I search from the internet. After I change to noon-o then got the extension one year retirement . The next year extension apply for a extension up to 30days early and up to 45 days at another. But now. I am just change to noon-o. the first extensuon for one years. Is it is the same up to 30days early and up to 45 days? Just doubt it. why agent can do on one day. If it is illlegal. In the futher whom got the  change and extension on the same day. It will have problem.

It is the same for extending the 90 days from a  visa or a existing extension of stay.

Thanks for ubonjoe. Your reply is 100% correct.

The latest information is I went to CW change the visa from TR to noon-o.

All documents and funds are qualify.

CW gave me a receips. It stamp result 6Feb. 2023.

He told me that  the immigiration officer will call on me on my condo and take a photo to make sure I stay there.

6 Feb. 2023 take the queue and passport to stamp the noon-o stamp. then today (I submit change visa) after 60 day I can submit 1 year visa.

So. If someone told you. They can make change visa and one year visa in one day.

I think it is illegal and scam.

I think I did this in about the minimal time possible. Arrived on visa exempt entry, went to CW the following day to switch to Non O, given date for collection three weeks after arrival date in country. My visa was stamped with around 9 weeks remaining, and I went back to do the extension 3 weeks after that, 45 days early. So allowing for holidays and weekends etc, minimum time between starting the process and getting the extension stamp at CW will be 6-7 weeks, or a couple of weeks more for offices that only allow extensions 30 days early.

You must have had an existing Thai bank account.

That's an added item prior to obtaining non O for many that don't have bank account in place.

Yes, I was shifting from Non O-A extensions to Non-O to get rid of the insurance requirements, so I had everything in place and was familiar with the extension procedure.
