I highly recommend it as a noob in the gym world (at 68). One month 2800 Personal training 5,000 for 5 lessons with 3 additional free for first timers. I can give you his line ID if you want. This guy really gave me a good head start on far more than just using the equipment. His advice also happens to fit with the intensive training advice I have read for longevity. He showed me everything from how to stand, stretch and lift weights properly. In particular he explained the "break to build" principle which is the centre's byline. He studied in Bangkok.
