Wife showed me article on Instagram that said "80% Chinese"!??

Featured Replies

Her social media is usually ahead of AS bye 24 hours but this is Sunday so.  Anyone heard anything?  I have other things to do now than have wife translate it for me.

Please DO ask the wife what she meant by 80% Chinese, we all want to know now...

Seems multi tasking is not for you

"The possibility of a big Covid-19 rebound in China over the next two or three months is remote as 80% of people have been infected, a prominent government scientist said on Saturday.

The mass movement of people during the ongoing Lunar New Year holiday period may spread the pandemic, boosting infections in some areas, but a second Covid wave is unlikely in the near term, Wu Zunyou, chief epidemiologist at the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention, said on the Weibo social media platform."

I can multitask, just not on lazy Sunday mornings after breakfast and bit of a walk.

I can believe that.  100% of my online students in China have recently had Covid, and their parents as well.

That's true 83.24% of the time.   The other 36.71% don't.
