Kanchanabury, the "Tourist Mile" these days?

Concerning Kanchanabury:

The "Tourist-Mile" (Maenam Kwaeo Road). It had it's hayday. But even on my last visit (2016), I noticed that it was way past it's peak.

After it's "natural decline" plus the Covid debacle, I just wonder what's left of the "Tourist Mile" in Kanchanabury.

Have you anything to contribute with regard to the above subject? Outside of Spelling Critisism?

The early 1940s??

You sicko.

Between 2005 and 2016 the "Tourists" from all over the wold were never considered as "sickos", Enjoying low cost Guest houses and all kinds of music along *The Tourist Mile". Plus "entertainement" after the music stopped.

All I want to know is: What's left of it?
