So we looked at buying a replacement for her and came down to two options: Option one. Honda City Hatchback 1.0 RS priced at B749,000 less B10,000 for cash free insurance for one year and window film. Option two MG ZS priced at B669,000 after cash discount, free insurance for one year and window film. She likes the size of the MG because it is more the size she is accustomed to plus we live at the end of a dirt road that washes out in the rainy season, but there are a few negative reviews on them, so what to do? Goblins Reef
As you say, the MG reviews are often very poor. It's far better to go with Honda or Toyota in Thailand because they are a known quantity. They have a proven track record, everyone knows how to repair them and parts readily available plus the dealer network is extensive.

There's a MG dealership where we live and models are selling like hot cakes.

The reading doesn't say much, all I would say is you get what you pay for of which sounds good to me.
