Is it still a pandemic if it's just a mild illness for most people?  When does it just become another viral infection that is part of everyday life?

When it stops killing people at a magnitude higher than the flu.

Or when the broader contingency of authorities stopped fudging greatly the numbers.

Prove it. They aren't fudging hospitalisations. That's crazy talk.

If you [et al] were capable of doing some deeper investigative/alternative research regarding this subject matter - less acquiescing to the mind numbing convention - you might find such an inspired revelation.

The acceptance of something repeated loud and often enough doesn't make it any more real or true.

False and misleading information for whatever your agenda is. No the hospitals have never fudged numbers to get paid if that's what your insinuating.

There is no more "mask mandate" in Thailand.

But people who want to reduce their risk of catching COVID and potential illness from it do tend to follow the suggestions for the general public from the WHO and CDC, among others, to wear good quality face masks in indoor areas when close around other people.

Not to mention the lousy air quality in much of Thailand at the moment.
