Lt-Gen Surachate Hakpan, universally known as Big Joke, was keynote speaker at a lecture on police investigative procedures for 521 Class 8 and 9 students at a police conference in Salaya, Nakhon Pathom, central Thailand.

 

Speaking as the director of the Child and Woman Protection and Anti-Human Trafficking Center and on behalf of the fishing industry, Surachate outlined Thailand's efforts to combat crime in such areas.
