Wouldn't it just be easier to follow the smoke trail and arrest the arsonists? Thinking about it, trying to get the BIB to leave their filtered/A/C/ offices would be more difficult than getting a Thai to fly to the moon. Would this be the same public that burns their trash, doesn't recycle, and drives their ICE vehicles that pollute around ? Buy a second ICE vehicle instead of a solar system for energy ? You referring to those hypocrites that talk about the problem and make it worse instead of trying to better things ? Those people, the ones that want others to fix what problems they create.
