Assuming someone already has a degree in their respective teaching subject (but not education), What is the cheapest, easiest, fastest course that satisfies the ministry of education and krusapa requirements for a full teacher’s license? I realize that may be three different answers, but I think you see what I am getting at here. 
 

I hope this won’t devolve into a discussion of the educational merits of such a certificate in general. I have had enough school. I just want the certificate with the least possible difficulty and expense.
