Scott
Harvey Weinstein, the former Hollywood mogul already serving a 23-year prison sentence in New York, was sentenced in Los Angeles Thursday to an additional 16 years in prison for charges of rape and sexual assault. Prior to the sentence, Weinstein spoke in court and continued to deny any wrongdoing, calling the case a “setup.” “I maintain that I’m innocent. https://www.cnn.com/2023/02/23/entertainment/harvey-weinstein-sentencing-los-angeles/index.html
spidermike007
Excellent news. He richly deserves all the time they can add. He could have had his choice of 1,000s of beauties, who were very willing to do what he wanted, in exchange for an entry into the industry. Instead he chose the degenerate path. No sympathy.
Popular Post JonnyF
Great news. A vile creature. Hopefully this sends a message to others in the industry. Bad news for the Democrats though, he was one of their most prolific donors. 1
Purdey
The casting couch is a long-known tradition in Hollywood going back to 1937. It does look like it isn't going to end soon.

RichardColeman
Unless a sentence is added to the end of what he is already serving - extending his sentence - its a waste of tax payers money

Valid. But I think also it had a little something to do with high profile people wanting headlines.
