webfact Posted February 25, 2023 Posted February 25, 2023 During a security council meeting at the United Nations, Ukraine's foreign minister, Dmytro Kuleba, asked for a minute of silence to be held in memory of all those who lost their lives due to 'Russian aggression'. The silence was interrupted by Russia's representative, who could be seen raising his hand during the tribute. Russia's UN ambassador, Vasily Nebenzya, said: 'All lives are priceless ... we are rising to remember the memory [of all the victims],' before the minute's silence resumed. The meeting was held on the first anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. 4

Remove him from all UN meetings until he learns how to behave in public. 1 1
thaibeachlovers Posted February 25, 2023 Posted February 25, 2023 I am stunned and shocked that the Russian representative would interject during a minute's silence aimed at "Russian aggression" NOT.
Jingthing Posted February 25, 2023 Posted February 25, 2023 Stay classy Russian officials. God forbid you should surprise us with a touch of human decency. 1

simon43 Posted February 26, 2023 Posted February 26, 2023 In the UN vote to condemn Russia and call for an immediate withdrawal of their military from Ukraine territory, even China abstained from voting. Interesting to note that the Myanmar UN ambassador voted in favour of the resolution, no doubt much to the annoyance of the junta chaps in Naypyidaw ????
