Hello all ,

Does a Non-o visa holder married to a Thai , returning to Thailand by air using a  re-entry permit  , have to report to Thai immigration within 24 hours after arrival ? I have tried to find the answer to this question googleing this but it is all not clear to me . Thanks .

You are not required to do a TM30 report if you enter with a re-entry permit.
