A WORKER at a construction site opposite a popular department store in Chatuchak area of Bangkok died late this afternoon (Feb. 27) after a tower crane collapsed, Matichon newspaper said.

 

The Ruamkatanyu Foundation has sent a rescue team to help while firemen from Sutthisan station are also on the way.

...i have the feeling, a painful feeling, that these construction accidents are common in thailand...two or three weeks ago we could read the death of another worker on a construction field in bkk, indeed

Another one....probably number 20 so far this year.....then we never hear of those mobile cranes that fall over daily almost.
