I  never  get  any  answer  even if  after  many  days.  I  know  it  depends  on the workers  at  immigration  if they  have time to answer you.  When  I  call  them they say  WALK IN TO IMMIGRATION TOMORROW. Very  strange  everything,  also  their  language  which  is very  poor,  this  is no good  at all.

Last week I submitted my 90 day report online at about 14.00, the report was authorised and returned online by 17.00. Fantastic service by Jomtien immigration.

Have you checked your application status online?  There was one occasion where I did not get a reply after several days which was unusual.  I logged on and checked the status and saw that it was approved even though I n3ver got an approval notice.

it's very tricky to get that app installed and it sux anyway so not worth the bother.

To be fair there should be some English required by I/Os in every country.  There's a reason commercial pilots from around the world require it also.  At least the person answering a helpline should have some English skills.  3BB seems to agree maybe they can give Immigration a few pointers on recruiting.
