so i need a simple land lease contract (renting house) in thai. if anyone know where to download one please post.

You can buy them in paper-shops, that kind of stores normally have all the standard Thai contracts to be filled in. They are of course in Thai language, which is the only legal language for agreements – i.e. if a contract is in both English and Thai, it's only the Thai part that is legally binding.
