Saw a 'rescue' M/C t'other day, driving on the wrong side coming my way, then he swerved to correct side all lights flashing NO HELMET on Koh Chang, also have been dangerously overtaken on those mountain roads by one of their pick ups, only for him to pull up further down the road, to their base, no emergency was happening .

I would like to see this boy's parents charged with not taking proper care of him and for allowing him to ride a motorcycle without a licence.

I'd give odds of 50/50 he was living with his grandparents.

No. His mother was crying and hugging the dead corpse.

A bit late to care.

Just another daily fatal accident.

Who's to blame except the boy? His parents? School? Education? Police?

Many options to choose.

Too late anyway. RIP

Well is is Teacher's fault? Oh No
Is it Mommie's fault? Oh No
Is it society's fault? Oh No
Well is it Johnny's fault? OhhHHH NooOOO!
