Sorry I can't agree in this case. 

 

She is not trapped with him, has no children or baby with him, does not own the house or property with him etc.  She is an adult. 

 

She stayed with him because she chose to, she thinks she loves him and he will change.  

 

There is no excuse for what the sick man did to her or the dogs, but she was able to leave if she wanted. 

 

Want happened to her was terrible, but she had the choice to leave that situation, which many women do not have.
