sounds like an expensive failure judging by the result...

I have a suggestion, why don't they look at their own immigration officers who accept bribes from agents on behalf of foreigners to do their extensions, you know the ones that don't have the dosh in the bank to get their extensions.

 

Looking into their own kind would be too much effort, or would it ?
