When we met, she was working as a sales rep for the Grand Hotel, which is where I held my conferences and APJ staff meetings. She was the 4th person added to the team... It was love at 1st sight, took me 5 years to get a date, married her 3yrs later while she was an account manager at Impact convention center. I Retired her that day, so she could travel at will to see her family and spend time with me in the states and travel around with me.. We are now enjoying the life in LOS and USA.. Best decision I ever made!!!

She worked in retail, selling hardware and appliances. When we traveled together she had to quit that job, I provided replacement support. When we finished traveling together her old job was no longer available for her. She tried a few things. Another "retail" job that was actually strenuous stockroom work with required long hours / no overtime pay, so not acceptable. A housekeeping job, also required long hours, hard work, no breaks, low pay, so also not acceptable. I paid for her to go to massage school for a few weeks, after which she got a job in an upscale spa, catering mostly to Farang. If I harbored any concern, it would be about catching something, but it's easy enough to make sure both of us are un-afflicted before we get truly intimate.

 

The adage about 'can't take the bar out of the bargirl' is, in my opinion, nonsense. I have met couples who met in bars who are both exclusive and loving. Maybe some stray, but plenty of non-bargirl women stray, too.
