I don't know about now but just only a few years ago it was very difficult to find decent underwear at any department store in Pattaya. Big-C, Tesco Lotus etc.. none of them had farang size.. maybe now at Terminal 21 but I bet the prices are Western prices if not more. TIT. Uniqlo makes some very nice 'dockers' style pants that are very light weight polyester and comfortable to wear here in the tropics. They are un-hemmed, so I just have a sewing shop add a small amount of cloth to the bottom so they can be hemmed right at the limit of length. This has worked well for me for a couple years now. I'm not sure you'll be able to get a full 36" inseam, but I get right around 35" with this method.
