What they building at Cozy beach entrance

Does anyone know what's going on here, i see they've begun to modify the forrest area there again.

 

They did this a few years ago and then it came to a stand still.

 

Any ideas? Great spot for a condo.......except parking

Is that the wooded corner area by Kasetsin? if it is why is that called Cosy beach, not near a beach

Partner and I noticed all the earthmoving the other day and also wondered what is going to be built there.

Probably more condos, they can’t give away. Should be down to 20 baht each shortly even then I'd want buy one get one free. ????????????

yeah I'd say good, can walk to Pattaya easy, I'm not far from there even better location, just don't want to be too far down Kasetsin

No need to buy off plan in that area, many condos for sale usually at discounted prices

I heard from the locals it’s going to be some sort of shopping center. Kinda of odd place for it, but I guess time will tell. Also, if it was going to be a condo I’m sure it would already have signs and a sales office.  We shall see.
