start with daily lives... black smoke cars as there are still a lot on the roads... and also stop selling petrol scooters but only electric ones...

So it's an excuse to push ahead on projects which fail the Environmental Impact Assessment. From now on they'll say "look, this project has benefits for the nation" and that will become the official deciding factor.

They sure like using big words. Fruits of junkets to developed nations as part of learning programs. When it comes to implementation step they run out of juice like many other initiatives.
