Have you tried the Fascino on Thepprasit? They are opposite that Kaan place. They sell crutches, walkers, wheelchairs, etc.

I think you may have to buy them mate. I don't know where Theppasit is, it doesn't come up in a google search, normally in or near the local government hospital are shops selling this kind of stuff. But as MJCM points out cheap to buy from Laz. 300 b each would be cheaper than hiring even if you could, Can always donate them after to your local clinic if you want to.
