How Much Would You Pay For A Fake Watch?

Featured Replies

I heard about a place in China Town that sells excellent fakes. The movements are actually originals, the housings are not.

Anyways, don't get any illusions that your Swiss watches are still made in Switzerland...Taiwan is much more likely!

Cheers Weho that's very helpful. I'll be in Bangkok in two weeks time so I'll go down Patong Market and have a look. :o

Quote Weho: In a place like Pattaya, it's so unlikely that anyone would be wearing a real one. In other words, wearing a "No money, no honey" or "Good boy goes to Heaven, Bad boy goes to Pattaya" t shirt PROBABLY means your Rolex is fake.

I wear a real one, Weho.

Everyone admires my Lorex.

That has to be a fake, a real one is called a Lo'lek :o

Can one buy a fake watch with fake money?

You can but it gets tricky. For instance, do you know the fake exchange rate for changing fake US dollars into fake Thai baht? You probaly don't....so how would you know if you are getting good fake value for your fake money?
