August 9, 20241 yr Plain yogurt with blueberries and a chopped up apple. Same every day. Two cups of coffee with metformin.
August 9, 20241 yr I change between yoghurt/pink milk, fruit/seeds and next day porridge with honey and fruit. Always two cups of Yorkshire tea, no milk or sugar. At weekend I can treat with a couple of croissants/peanut butter. Or if I have been VERY good, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, beans, sausage, fried bread, HP sauce,
August 9, 20241 yr I usually have a nice slice of pork-loin fried with onions, and eggs either fried in the same pan, or poached on toast. When the kid's home add some potatoes and cheese

August 10, 20241 yr Mission low carb tortilla. Mixed minced chicken with egg, thai bread crumbs, spring onion, Ketjap Manis, Korean chili sauce, salt, peper and Dijon Mustard, slapped it thinly on the tortilla and fried it meat down for 3 minutes in olive oil. Brushed the top with the olive oil and then flipped it. Garnished it with Gouda cheese, folded it in the middle and ate it like a sandwich. With Guava juice and water.
August 10, 20241 yr Still got some leftover JP Pork Curry ... ... so why not 😎 Edited August 10, 20241 yr by KhunLA

My first meal is just before noon, and just before the dog takes me for my walk. Wake up ~0600, and coffee is about all I'm going to do. Then troll AN Stick to my overnight fast, ~2100-1100 fairly well. Makes a big difference in weight control, and quite easy, since asleep half the time.
