SAMUT PRAKAN - On September 7th, security footage at 01:02 am recorded a teenage boy riding an orange and white Honda PCX motorcycle without a license plate, accompanied by two teenage girls, entering an alley.

By 01:24 am, the girls were spotted exiting the alley on foot. One of them appeared to be playfully igniting a lighter before vanishing behind some trees next to a residential wall, reported 77kaoded.

Meanwhile, the other girl waited in the middle of the road. As a fire erupted near the trees, both girls fled the scene. A local resident chased after them but returned quickly to extinguish the fire with a hose, aided by neighbors.

Ms. Ajjima Suthweethrappay, 34, narrated that while she and her boyfriend were about to sleep, their dog's barking prompted them to check the CCTV.

They saw the two girls near the bushes moments before spotting the flames. Concerned about the fire spreading to their home, her boyfriend rushed to put it out.

Some teens from the end of the alley approached, seemingly inquiring about the situation.

Ajjima's initial observations from the CCTV suggested that one of the girls intentionally started the fire. The wall and trees sustained minor damages.

Ajjima has shared the information with the local authorities, who are now investigating the incident.
