Stir fry 800gm of whatever meat, add sauce and simmer for 15 mins. 5 portions/meals for 40-50bht a go ......... not expensive. 1

You forgot to include business overheads and profit, so you're looking at 80-100bt realistically even for a small operation. I'm sure if there was a market for sub-par Indian food made from a jar at those prices, there would already be 100s of such vendors.
