I would like to know where I go to get a medical certificate and price, also if I must get 2 originals (1 for car and 1 for motorcycle) certificates or can I make copy of original medical certificate and Certificate of residence. gargamon Posted October 2, 2023 Share Posted October 2, 2023 Got my medical certificate a month ago at a clinic almost on the corner of third road and s.pattaya rd for 100 baht. If you need both car and bike licenses, you only need 1. Dlt accepts and original and a copy if you're doing both at the same time.
