I think that the a New Passport requires one to file the first 90-day report in person. After that you can file on-line.

Report from October 5th denied!! Printout of submission taken to office.... All good.

Seems there's a data entry requirement by IO staff and they'd put a space in passport number.

I got it approved today on the last day, but they count my 90 days from my application day 2nd October, not from the approval date today 12/10

Yes, unfortunately this is normal. I also would like to count from the approval date. Especially now when it takes more than 10 days at CW.
