Question about having 2 straight visa exemption stays

Recommended Posts

Bit rusty on this, but am I right in saying you can only have 2 straight visa exemption stays a year?

I flew in, got first visa ex. then extended 30 days.

I then exited by land and flew back in and extended again for 30 days.

I know only 2 land entries are permitted a yr, but by air on visa exempts, not sure. I'm looking to stay just one more mth.

Thanks all,

That was my first visa exemption entering by land, trips been extended so going one last time tomorrow

Assume that you obtained 30 day extension to your most recent visa exempt entry.

Yes, that's ending soon.
I do have a question though.

My first attempt to come back the same day at arranyaprathet (not been here a few yrs) was refused and a red stamp of some sort detailing this in thai iwas entered into pp.

I still have only entered by land once at Ranong, but I wonder if the first refused attempt will be counted as a cancelled entry, and uses up one of these land entries?
