On October 19, an incident occurred at the Bangkok South Criminal Court where a young woman attempted to climb the court's fence during the consideration of a case under Section 112 of the Criminal Code.

The Office of Justice has issued a clarification. Although the court was not closed and did not prohibit anyone from entering, this act prompted the intervention of the court’s police, tasked with maintaining peace and order, reported Daily News.

The police officer encountered resistance and even a physical altercation from a group that was accompanying the young woman. Despite giving them multiple warnings, the group continued to be uncooperative. As a result, court police had to use force to control the situation and ensure everyone's safety.

Local police intervened, and the situation was controlled. The group requested to meet the court's executive and then left the premises, claiming they were seeking medical attention for injuries.

The court’s police actions were aligned with legal protocols and international standards for maintaining peace within the court's vicinity.

whats with the laughing emoji, do you find this funny ?

With your time spent in Thailand you don't know what a Section 112 case would be about?

😲

It remains to be seen if the court proceedings were truly as accessible as the report presents them to have been.
