The Phuket Tourist Police told the Phuket Express that they were notified by concerned citizens that there were Russian nationals illegally working as tour guides at the Chalong Temple. spidermike007 Posted October 27, 2023 Share Posted October 27, 2023 A friend of mine who knows some Russian businessmen well, and spends a lot of time in Russia, tell me that there are very, very few Russians that are earning over $100,000 a year that are not involved in crime.
