Meat is murder.

You're living, so you are living from the dead, whether plant or animal.   Just because you're not doing the killing, or hear their anguish while dying doesn't mean they didn't suffer.

AND YES ... plants make sounds when in distress, you simply can't hear that frequency.

Killing for sport is murder ... eating is simply nature.   Feel free to stop anytime you want ... please 😎

That's such a bunch of BS! Without meat, and particularly red meat there wouldn't be Homo Sapiens. We would never step down from the trees and continue to eat leaf and figs. Meat contains a lot more energy than veg, and eating meat allows us to do tinkering in the time between meals. Just look at the herbivores, that have to eat all the time. A lion can eat once a week.

My cat eats only meat, mainly fish mind you and some chicken, and is very healthy.

Where is your medical degree from?    Jolly good on the cat.

9 Lies Vegans Like to Tell (legionathletics.com)

That says it all - and it is often a phase that young silly female teenagers go through (and the boys trying to hump them).

Up to you if you dont want to 'kill animals' but please dont tell me lies - Vegans are not healthier.

Certainly they can healthier that those who eat far too much 'fast food' - but in moderation good quality meat is good for a human.

Vegans - particularly women - usually come back to eating meat, when they find they are getting insufficient protein and Vitamin B12. That's a self-imposed handicap when they are menstruating once a month.

My Cardiologist said Dr. Ken Berry is a Clown Hard to know what to believe ?

My cholesterol was a bit high 182 and my Cardiologist recommended a Statin. I refused and showed him this below of Dr. Ken Berry and after sitting there watching most of it he said this doctors a total Clown stating that for anyone to go against over 30yrs of solid Stain research you have to be a pretty slick grifter. He then went on to say you would need to post stuff like this that goes against the mainstream to excite people and generate clicks and that this guy is in it for the notoriety to make the money .

What Dr. Berry says makes a lot of sense. IMO we rely too much on medications to bail us out due to lifestyles of poor diet and exercise. Ask your cardiologist how many conferences he has gone to that were funded by the pharmaceutical industry. Also ask him who funds the 30 years of statin research.

I can't argue with results. Going on some - not all - of Dr. Berry's recommendations, I shed 15 kg of my 93 kg to go from overweight BMI to normal. My blood sugar retreated from pre-diabetic to normal, and my eGFR ( measure of kidney function ) improved by 25%.

Mind you, I have no knowledge of statins because I have no cardio problems.

Could very well be, and I'm happy for your monkey.

But it's brain is less developed than my cat's. Too much potassium in the bananas. Potassium is good for muscles not brain.

It is a well accepted fact in the scientific circuits, that the neurons in the cat's brain make connections in a very similar way to human brain.

Eating too much red meat comes with health risks and is not part of a healthy diet,” says Stephen Hu, MD, a cardiologist at Scripps Clinic Carmel Valley. “Red meat is high in cholesterol, saturated fats and sodium. It should be eaten in a limited fashion.”

another "doctor" spewing bad/false counter intuitive garbage .... from  50 years ago   i'll bet he has a poster of Mr Kellog on his bedroom wall

hey ,,  why do vegetarians and vegans need to take  "supplements ? ..   simple..  their "diet is flawed ..  you can not sustain a healthy "HUMAN" eating plants

never mind all the inflamation they cause ,,,,,,

go research "today's medical science ,,   Dr, Ken Berry,  Dr. Phillip Ovadia,  Dr. Anthony Chaffee
