Female Bangkok teacher accused of sexually assaulting schoolgirl

A 12 year old schoolgirl from the Nong Chok district of Bangkok accused a female teacher of sexually assaulting her and luring her into sending explicit pictures and pornography.

 

Thai social media influencer Kannatat “Gun” Pongpaiboonwate accompanied the 12 year old girl, known as A, and her family members to file a complaint against the teacher at Nong Chok Police Station yesterday, November 28.

 

Gun explained that the teacher was A’s counsellor when she was studying in grades 5 and 6 at a primary school in the Nong Chok district. Now, A is studying grade 7 at a different school while the accused teacher moved to a higher position as a deputy school director in a different school.

 

Gun revealed the story to the media. The teacher talked to A through a chat application since A was in grade 5 and allegedly tried to develop a romantic relationship with the married teacher. A did not want to continue talking to the teacher but she did not dare to ignore her messages.

 

The tutor then ordered A to send her explicit videos and pictures. A complied with the teacher’s order because she was afraid that refusing would affect her studies.

 

The teacher reportedly continued to threaten A into sending nude pictures and videos, even though they were at different schools. If A refused to comply, the teacher said she would post the videos and pictures on social media. The teacher reportedly forced A to go with her to a petrol station in the area where she raped her three times.

Social Media, aka the Internet, is a black hole and many people don't realize the power of the Internet.

Many young people post a sexy clip to a Social Media host (InstaGram, Tiktok, etc.) to gather some "Likes".
But before noon, this clip has been copied to local servers and websites (including the Dark Web) and some copies have been edited to show more than in the original clip.
And there is NO WAY to delete them once they are posted on the internet. 
By the time these young people are mature and want to look for a decent life, the same clips will haunt them.

Schools and parents have a big task to learn everybody the dangers of Social Media as it iis now.

A woman cannot rape another woman unless she has a very large clitoris. Rape is sexual penetration by the penis without consent. Hence women, girls, boys and men can be raped by men but only sexually molested by women.

I don't know what the wording is in Thailand, but this certainly isn't the definition everywhere.

An UPDATED (2014) wokey American definition of rape for the Transexual community so that men who Identify as women can still be called women when they commit rape

2012, and one of the big drives to change it was because of US states that have chemical castration for rape. Convicted (male) rapists still sometimes re-offend but use bottles or other objects instead, which at the time, wasn't technically rape. I doubt there were many 'woke' activists involved in that campaign.

That is sexual molestation. The word rape has a greater emotional impact than 'sexual molesting'

 The penalties for sexual molestation can be the same or greater than the penalties for rape. The change is to skew crime figures. For the benefit of men who use gender identification as a a cover for their crimes also hoping to be put in women's jail's so they can continue raping helpless women.

The teacher, if proven guilty, will find lots of 'action' in prison. If let out of prison while still relatively young, she may develop a new career in such places as Pattaya. She won't be teaching again.
