webfact Posted December 22, 2023 Share Posted December 22, 2023 Two retired naval officers were arrested in Bangkok this morning by Crime Suppression Division (CSD) police on murder charges, in connection with the death of a Taiwanese national. Another Taiwanese man was also arrested for allegedly hiring the other two suspects, a former rear admiral and a captain, to murder his own son. Led by Pol Maj-Gen Montri Thetkhan, commander of the CSD, officers surrounded a house in the Lat Krabang area, which belongs to the retired rear admiral, and told him to come out because they had a court-issued arrest warrant for him. The complainant was later found dead and is believed to have been the victim of a contract murder, allegedly involving his own father Investigation was a tad slow for the poor fella.
