As per the title, since this time last year have there been any changes to the documents required / money in bank required? Can I still update passbook and get bank letter / statement copies the day before?

Thanks.

Did mine a couple of months ago. Same documents as the year before. Also I did new pics.

I did my bank letter, 400000 deposit, and update on the way to immigration, as K Bank does it in about 15 mins.

Got updated Kor Ror the day before, 20 baht.

Only issue were there wanted a new TM30, as I had been out of the country. I had done it online, but their want it done in office. No fine or fee, just a new piece of paper in passport.

Had home visit the next week, wanted witness with their house book. They took a couple of pictures, no fees requested.

Thanks for this. Yeah I've been out of country since TM30 too... guess they'll want the same thing. Cheers.

Couple of months ago, they seemed to be having a mad moment about the TM30. We were just asked to go to the outside building, register it and come back to the extension desk.

Yeah last year someone else had completed a TM30 at my address, so I had to do it again anyway. Their explanation must be that there are 2 different properties with the exact same house number. Apparently not all that uncommon....

You can get your bank letter the day before, but you must update your book on the day you visit immigration.
