Look For House To Rent In Phuket

For a long term rental, probably more than 1 year, i look for a house to rent under 13.000 bahts.

In the AREA OF : PHUKET TOWN , KATHU, KOH KAEW, PANWA , CHALONG

Requirements:

1-2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom

air-con

phone line

ADSL optional

detached/stand-alone house

kitchen

small green garden

Fred....Happy hunting! Lots of places available now as it's monsoon/low season. Seems you want to be centralish....Phuket Town and Kathu probly the better choices for price/availability....Sure you are checking the Phuket Gazette online? If you get down to phuket to me the best is to drive around those areas and look for signs. Worth renting a motorbike and just cruise up and down sois, kind of fun?....a lot of the Thai landlords don't post in the gazette or anywhere cept with a little sign...this way you can see what you are getting so to speak as well. Anyway thats what I do...up to u good luck!
