These protests are in support of Palestinians.  I have not heard one elected official say they support Hamas.  Do you know of any?

Yes, Palestinians will be free, from the river to the sea, but we love Jews, wink-wink-nudge-nudge

Wise choice on his part.  Wait for years and he should be the front runner in 2028.  Not sure how they get along, but would be a good choice as Trump's running mate & VP.

Unfortunately, he'll be termed out in two years, and will have been forgotten by the next election.

If Trump gets elected, it would be nice to see him get a spot in the administration once he's done in Florida.

I would much rather have DeSantis over Trump.

Just now, Chomper Higgot said:

Disapproving of Biden’s response to the Israel Hamas war does not equate to “‘support Hamas in their effort to eradicate Israel’.“

They can't grasp the concept of not being a team player.

But chanting "River to the sea, Palestine will be free" at protests does, don't you think?

Do you support Israel in the eradication of Hamas?

Are you an "anti-Zionist" ?

He can resign as gov anytime he wants, and he won by a high margin, when elected, so no reason to think he won't win again.

"DeSantis won the November 8 election in a landslide, with 59.4 percent of the vote to Crist's 40 percent; it was the largest margin of victory in a Florida gubernatorial election since 1982."

What's different now? He opposed trump. He failed in his presidential primary. His fight with Disney and anti woke crusade extending to banning books has not done him any favors.

Who was chanting “River to the sea, Palestine will be free” and even if you know who, how do you know they were Democrats?

Oh, you're right, I just checked the videos and everyone at the capital and all the university kids and their "professors" were wearing MAGA hats. Sorry.

that's one opinion ...

Failed ... far from it, and got name recognition, planted seed for next election, expressed his policies on a national level and found out, without Trump, he IS the frontrunner.  Win wins all around in the pollical arena.

Only thing worse than being talked about, is not being talked about.

His FL gov/state policies ... well that depends who you talk to.  FL residents don't seem to have a problem with him, and that's who he works for.   Even managed a surplus in the budget one year, so cut the gas tax.  Not really seeing any negatives worth noting, though confess to not pay attention too much.

Nice dodge.

You have provided zero evidence to back up your hogwash assertion.

My recommendation would be for him to get a top notch speech and debate coach in the meantime.

I'm a big fan of what he's done in Florida, but he's not ready for the big campaign.  He's too wooden.  I think he'd do a good job, but he can't get past the interview.

So is it your position that Democrats supporting Hamas in their effort to eradicate Israel will not influence more American Jews to vote Republican?

Gaza will be long over by November.

Besides, you really think that Jewish voters will blame Biden for a couple of extremists in Congress?

I hope he runs again in 2028.

Koch Network is 100% correct. Rest assure they know. Charles Koch 53 Billion worth.

This exemplifies the collapse of the Republican party.

Back in the day, the Bush/Cheney team exerted almost total control over the party. Republicans all followed their Leadership, and pronouncements by Bush or Cheney were thought out ahead of time, and then reinforced all down the line by party members.

That rigid command structure was ultimately weakened by the lack of voter confidence in Bush foreign policy, the economy, and Katrina. By 2008, Bush was basically alone, and the party never again had that deference to leadership.

Now Trump just makes it up as he goes, no advance planning, no Team to disseminate the Talking Point of the Day. It's all chaos, and so elections are lost, year after year.
