snoop1130 Posted February 1, 2024 Posted February 1, 2024 A staunch royalist and former advisor to the House committee on legal affairs, Sonthiya Sawasdee, told the media today that he will submit a petition to the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) tomorrow. It will seek an investigation of the ethical conduct of 44 Move Forward MPs, for their approval of a bill to amend Article 112 of the Criminal Code, the lèse majesté law. He said that he opposed the registration of the Future Forward party, the predecessor of the Move Forward party, because its secretary-general, Piyabutr Saengkanokkul, entertained the idea of amending Article 112, but without success as the Election Commission accepted the registration. Now that the Constitutional Court has ruled that the Move Forward party has attempted to undermine the monarchy with its campaign to amend the law, Sonthiya said that it is about time for all 44 MPs to be stripped of their right to contest elections for life. Popular Post ikke1959 Posted February 1, 2024 Popular Post Posted February 1, 2024 The common people are not allowed in The Government only for the elite and army fans... A good new example again. Move Forward the winner of the most votes was prevented to deliver the PM. Mr Pita was cleared form the mediashares, probably they knew already the verdict of yesterday and are hoping he will be banned for 10 years or longer and the party being dissolved. CC saved face and with new protests coming the army has a reason for a new coup.. Poor Thailand.. being hold back by such a leaders 3 3 2

Popular Post jippytum Posted February 2, 2024 Popular Post Posted February 2, 2024 The MFP proposed an adjustment to the law that would have to be ageed by the majority of MP's and may be banned brcause of it. Phue Thai offered a 10,000 baht cash bribe to voters with no funds or a plan to fund the offer yet that seems ok. These activists are self seeking media craving attention seekers. 1 1 2
andersonat Posted February 2, 2024 Posted February 2, 2024 As someone here mentioned yesterday, in order to be consistent, Mr Sonthiya really ought to be calling for the arrest and punishment of 14,233,895 Thais. 2
