With high quality ingredients, the clever combination of flavors in this dish does make it a culinary standout. Somewhat surprised larb moo (spicy pork salad) didn't make it into the top ten. Again, it's the clever combination of flavors (roasted rice flour, pickled garlic, prik kii nu, red shallots, raw garlic, fresh cilantro, lime juice, salt and sugar which make this dish the ultimate comfort food, especially when prepared at home.
