Dear Forum

I was wondering if anybody had experience of how long a judicial review would take.

DETAILS:

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE

QUEEN’S BENCH DIVISION

ADMINISTRATIVE COURT

IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION TO APPLY FOR JUDICIAL REVIEW

BETWEEN: THE QUEEN On the application of (G/F xxxxxx) Claimant -and- AN IMMIGRATION JUDGE,

ASYLUM AND IMMIGRATION TRIBUNAL Defendant.

Just a rough timescale based on anybodys experience.

Thanks

Yorkie,

Now that the JR application has been lodged with the High Court, the AIT will be given time to submit their defence and the matter will then be allocated to a judge to hear either on papers or in an actual courtroom. I suppose an average length of time might be two-three months.

As they say quality is better that quantity. And as usual a quality response from Scouse, Thanks
