I have 'stress'

Recommended Posts

4 hours ago, bob smith said:

this morning when I was about to take out the trash I saw a thai person sitting in front of my gate.

he was actually leaning on the gate itself

I don't know who they were but he was sat down playing with his phone.

I polite asked him to move

which he did,

but he also swore at me in Thai and kicked my gate.

I think he may have been drunk.

just to be clear, this is a private residence and his back was leaning on my gate.

This whole situation has caused me a great deal of stress,

I hope I will be OK.

bob.

Just ensure the gate is on your property... otherwise end up like that swiss dick.

Khun Bob you're a Nasty Old Man , Why did you ask him to move , He apparently didn't mean any harm .

Maybe you've upset him now and you may now  well be on his Hit list .

I don't know which emoji to use, confused, sad, funny peculiar, unnecessary, ignore it!

Bob, how do you manage to become "stressed out" by somebody leaning on your gate?

That's how it started but it seems you "mountained" it from the "mole hill"

Or the Weather Forecast of storms to come were of the "teacup" variety.

In the same way the thai doctor got stressed out by being told to get off swiss davids steps?

That Thai Doctor was kicked. Copying that guy is a sure way to get yourself into having your visa revoked

Please, next time just say good morning, that's what I do, most times they give you a nice smile and a wave.

Thai's are very nice people, I've travelled to over 40 countries, the Thai's are the best.

Try to get along, you'll find your days will be much more enjoyable.

The guy may have personal issues, family problems, he doesn't need you telling him what to do.

Well said.

how is that well said?

the drunk little git was half asleep on my gate, blocking my exit to take the trash out - I am well within my rights to tell him to get lost!

I was reading a story yesterday where a man asked a Thai guy to stop smoking and the Thai guy came back and chopped his arm off

Yes, Thais don't like to be told off by a farang, they lose face, and they can be quite vindictive. So there is a good chance of him returning with reinforcement.  better arm yourself, get your own reinforcement, or leave town for a while.

Safety first  is a Thai motto.

I've dealt with it all before mate.

Most thais that give it the big un with their mouths are actually spineless cowards.

Most that is, not all.

Most posters have failed to spot that Bob's post is a not very subtle attack on the Thai who was sitting on public land and was assaulted by the Swiss guy.

Victim blaming at its worst.

It's never too early for an alcoholic Bob. Please pay more attention to keeping your stories straight.

Alas, we've finally gotten to the bottom of what triggered the gate kicker. bob's version of spoken Thai is something incoherent and indecipherable, a kin to something that sounds like a female goat in heat. Just the mere screeching sound of bob's high pitched voice trying to perpetuate a foreign language is sure to send any human (or animal) into a rabid frenzy.
