Not exactly what you're looking for, but the wife has just bought an imobile i516 phone that has an FM transmitter built in. This means when I get round to buying a car, she can playback her mp3 through the radio.... Available just about anywhere for 4,700 Baht

Could you be a bit more specific. The things you stick in a cigarette lighter are used to provide power to some kind of device such as an iPod or phone. I've not heard of directly attaching a memory stick to one of these. Not knowing more, try Fortune City or Panthip Plaza as explorer has suggested but I believe the 600 baht device would be a power adapter/charger that plugs into the lighter. Does your car audio system have a CD player with MP3 capability?
