klauskunkel Posted April 17 Share Posted April 17 Tried today to make online appointment for retirement ext. at CW. The system is not sending out an OTP email to continue the process. Tried several times on PC with two different email addresses, cookies enabled, no VPN, checked Spam folder, no joy, can't proceed. Is this happening to others as well?
