I have been on my bicycle several times in Pattaya but avoid the most congested roads. Also cycling without a helmet is stupid. The first thing I did was to install mirrors on my electric bicycle, you need to be aware of any big trucks behind you at all times. Very lucky escape, hope he learned his lesson.
