You still do not understand the Monroe doctrine and how it is applied.

The Monroe doctrine states that the affairs of the Americas are to be be managed by the Americas. It is in now way comparable to the Russian expansionism.

The Russian invasion of Ukraine  is a European based event and the EU has responded. Russia has violated the sovereign agreed upon borders of another nation and has sought to annex land that is designated as another nation's. Russia has created an international refugee crisis forcing millions of Ukraine nationals to flee. This has therefore become an international issue since the Ukraine is not taking care of the refugees it has created.

Russia has allied itself with state sponsors of international terrorism, Iran and North Korea. Russia is evil.

No. Because someone is called a "leading expert", does not validate the person's views or impart accuracy. The person cited as an expert, does indeed have an understanding of North Korea, particularly its social policies. However, she is not an expert in military intelligence interpretation, nor in the North Korean military. Her expertise is in social policy. She made her name as an "expert" when she was employed by the UN and lived in North Korea where she was an advocate for the lifting of  certain sanctions applied on North Korea. If she were commenting on social policy , then yes, she could be considered an expert. However, she is now commenting on the interpretation of ship movements, of satellite images  and the deciphering of messages and financial transactions between North Korea and Russia and this is an area of expertise for which she has no training, nor experience.

 

You also ignore the fact that whatever Russia is doing with North Korea, may not necessarily have had the  agreement, nor even full support of China. China has been pursuing a broadening of relations with South Korea and one of its  arguments in favour of closer relations is that it holds itself out as having influence over North Korea. Russia may be annoying China with its use of the Korean slave labour for war. It was one thing to use it for construction and  mine work, but waging war in Europe is something quite different.

Let` s say you want to steal elections. Your competitor can have 60 70 or even 90% of votes. What will you do? You will steal as little votes as possible to minimize risks. So the results of all the stolen elections around the world looks very similar - like 50.0001% / 49.99999%. Therefore, it is not surprising that the result in Molodova does not inspire confidence.

did you mean that in Russia is the same.... and I thought with Putin it's always 99.9% in his favor and that INSPIRED a lot of confidence, come on man get real, stop the propaganda, if you like it so much why not going back and help the Z boys

Man, no propaganda for you 🙂 I am sure you will not support our shining leader whatever I tell you here. That`s why I did not tell you that the elections was stolen - I just explained you why z guys don`t not trust the results.

I can ask you the same question. But I will answer instead. Have you ever thought that what is happening looks extremely strange - the country with the largest stockpiles of nuclear weapons is forced to defend the Kursk region with the help of North Korean soldiers and Chinese drones made in Iran? In a normal situation, countries with such weapons stockpiles can resolve all wars near their borders with one phone call. So the main problem is not on the frontlines. The main problem is in Moscow. Putin wants the country to behave similarly to USSR, but the elites want to get the US visa to visit their wives and sons in New York and Los Angeles. Although it is not said, this is in fact a civil war and its outcome depends on which side the citizens of Russia will take. Therefore, in order to win, it is important to wage a propaganda war among the citizens of Russia.
