An interesting video showing a Russian soldier poking through a pile of abandoned food, including rotten bread and tinned pickled cucumber soup. It was dumped a few kilometres from the front lines by Russian supply troops, who refused to take it any further because of Ukrainian drone attacks.  Meanwhile, as the soldier makes very clear, he, and his fellow frontline fighters, are going hungry.  While we mainly see the "glamorous" attacks, showing tanks and fighting vehicles being destroyed, the day to day destruction of simple supply trucks by these drones also has a big detrimental effect on Russian morale.  Given that the advances in the first days of the invasion petered out due to poor supply logistics, it would seem the Russians haven't learnt any lessons at all and still can't effectively keep their army supplied and fed.

Ah....so you didn't bother watching the video then. He actually says that Putin does not want all of Ukraine.

He said that land is not what Putin wants .....but you would know that had you watched it.

When I see the VDO link asking if the Russians can still get control over all of Ukraine I assume it is yet another propaganda piece about how Putin wants it all, and I'm not going to spend 14 minutes of my life watching propaganda.

I already know that Putin does not want all of Ukraine.

So you feel the need to comment on it without watching.

Except they are winning in the east and hungry soldiers don't win anything.

I did a survival course and we did a week without food, and it was all I could do to get up and walk every day.

I suspect the vdo is relevant to a very small part of the war.

If you read my post I didn't comment on the VDO.

And this is what ? Scotch mist ?

Where do these strange media items come from saying that Putin wants all of Ukraine? They might have had some veracity at the start, but after two years and barely taking the east, it's IMO a nonsense to say that the plan is to take it all. It's just not logistically possible to do so, IMO.

I suspect the western propaganda mill is at work.

You actually might find it interesting since it mostly agrees with your viewpoint.
